The Opportunity
We have a private treatment room available at Onyx Fitness, a well-established boutique coaching gym on the High Road, North Finchley (N12).
The room has been home to a successful practice for the past five years. Our outgoing practitioner is relocating and is happy to support a smooth handover to the right person.

Onyx is a coaching-led gym built around long-term health and intelligent training. Our members are active, health-conscious adults drawn from North Finchley, Whetstone, Barnet, Muswell Hill and Southgate.
Recovery, mobility and injury prevention are part of every conversation our coaches have. A physiotherapist or osteopath in the building is a natural fit and something our members already appreciate and actively seek out.

The Arrangement
We are ideally looking for someone to take on the room exclusively. The right person will have the option to sublet and bring on associates, giving you a real platform to build and grow your own business within an established fitness community.
We are also open to staggered rental terms to help you get started, with rent that builds over time as your practice grows.
